Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Germany and to all countries within the EU.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We usually ship your package within 3 business days. Please understand that we have no influence on the delivery times of our shipping service providers.

Can I return my order?

You can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. As the buyer, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping and for ensuring that the ordered products are returned to us undamaged.

I am in Leipzig. Can I pick up my order?

For organizational reasons, we do not currently offer pickup. Please use our insured shipping option.
